Kurt Warner, will you accept this rose?
As I sat with my wife and watched three hours of The Bachelor on ABC last night, two thoughts were stuck in my head. First, "why the hell am I watching The Bachelor?" Then, as I normally do, I started relating what I was watching to the sports world. Specifically, the Kurt Warner free agency situation. Warner made a lot of Cardinals fans nervous yesterday, as he spent the [...]

Poll: Who is the best owner in Phoenix?
Photo:Stephen Dunn/Getty Images I know we are a full month removed from the Arizona Cardinals improbable run to Super Bowl XLIII in Tampa. Longtime fans of the team never thought they'd see the Cards be legitimate playoff contenders, let alone be :35 away from hoisting the Vince Lombardi Trophy. There was a time when the Cardinals routinely played in front of the league's smallest crowds in a college [...]

Warner puts lump in Cardinals’ fans throats
Arizona Cardinals QB Kurt Warner and wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Friday night (not bad for two guys from the losing Super Bowl team, huh?) During the interview, in true, Leno pre-rehearsed fashion, Warner made an announcement... Gotcha! Pretty good comedic timing from old Graybeard too! We know [...]

Photo: AP Could we see a reunion of quarterback Kurt Warner and offensive coordinator Mike Martz? Matt Maiocco of the Press Democrat in Santa Rosa, California thinks it could happen. Maiocco writes that he heard Cardinals' brass called the 49ers on Friday to get a cell phone number for Martz, who was fired by San Francisco just days after the end of the season. The Cardinals' [...]

How the Cardinals will “shock the world”
Photo:Lisa Blumenfeld/Getty Images They stumbled into the playoffs, losing four of their last six games. They were called beneficiaries of playing in a weak NFC Western Division, in which they went 6-0. They’ve been underdogs in every playoff game so far this postseason. Yet, here they are. The Arizona Cardinals are just hours away from taking the field at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, and making their first [...]

The old saying goes, everything that's old is new again. This could be more true about Kurt Warner. For the most part forgotten after his time in St. Louis Kurt is now relevant again. So much so that things have come full circle. Kurt is once again a pitch man for the Got Milk? ads. Warner looks much better in [...]

The following is a special blog from Fox Sports Arizona’s Jody Jackson who will check in from Tampa to update Cardinals fans exclusively on Fanster.com: Today felt very much like business for the football team.
