Mercury release 2009 schedule

Season debuts with home opener on June 6 against San Antonio PHOENIX – The Phoenix Mercury today announced the team’s schedule for their upcoming 2009 season. One of the eight original WNBA clubs, Phoenix begins its 13th season under the reigns of general manager Ann Meyers Drysdale and second year head coach Corey Gaines. The Mercury’s 34-game schedule runs from June 6 through Sept. 13 and includes three nationally televised games.
