Overall runner up from 2010′s Gus Beisel won Week 3 of the Native New Yorker Battle of the Bone 4 Wing Eating contest at the Gilbert and Germann Native New Yorker.  Gus beat Ricky Bryant as he ate just over 3 pounds of Native New Yorker Wings.  

The Valley’s premier wing eating competition runs every Wednesday from now through August at a different Native New Yorker in Arizona.  2011’s Grand prize is a 2011 Toyota Tundra and the runner up wins a pair of 2012 Arizona Diamondback season tickets.

To qualify for the finale at Talking Stick Resort August 20th, particpants must win a Native New Yorker location by eating the most “medium” Native New Yorker chicken wings in 10 minutes and 60 seconds.
