U.S. World Cup coach Bob Bradley finalized his 23-man roster that will represent the States in the upcoming event in South Africa, and valley product Robbie Findley has made the cut.
Findley, a Sereno 86 player who played at Shadow Mountain High School and Oregon State, is expected to provide Team USA with speed from the forward position.
Currently a member of Real Salt Lake in MLS, Findley has scored 1 goal and 2 assists this season. Findley scored 12 goals for RSL last season, who went on to win their first ever MLS Cup. Findley also had the franchise’s first hat trick in a win over Columbus.
Findley is making his first World Cup appearance, but has 3 caps in international play. He is one of four forwards on the U.S. roster, joining Jozy Altidore, Edson Buddie and Herculez Gomez.
