Tim Donaghy predicts the Suns will get the benefit of calls in game 4

Tim DonaghyJust what the Phoenix Suns need, Tim Donaghy on their side. Where was this in 2007 when it could have actually benefited the team? If the fix were actually in, you’d think a comment like this, from a guy who is public enemy number one to David Stern, would sway the league to go in favor of the Lakers tonight. If the refs don’t gie the Suns the calls tonight you now know who to blame.

Donaghy predicted we would see this play out in the Lakers-Suns series, which L.A. leads 2-1. “I will see Phoenix get the benefit of the calls tonight,” Donaghy said.

Donaghy said the NBA official supervisors never came right out and said you have to make one team win. “Never do they say they want this to be the outcome,” Donaghy said. “But they do put you in a room and tell you what to look for.”…[SI.com's Dan Patrick Show]
