The big Phoenix Suns news today isn’t last night’s one-point loss to the Dallas Mavericks. The big news is that Robin Lopez got upset after practice and shattered a glass door at US Airways Center.

The incident was a result of Lopez, Goran Dragic and Louis Amundson losing a three-on-three game to Alando Tucker, Earl Clark and Jarron Collins.

I don’t quite understand the uproar and why it’s such a big deal. If I lost to two guys that don’t get into games and a raw rookie while playing with two key reserves, I’d be pissed too.

It’s nice to see a Suns big man show some fire and anger. It’s the hardest any of them have “crashed the glass” all season.

Admit it, when you were twenty-one, you did things dumber and more emotionally-driven than shattering a door on accident. Luckily for you, there weren’t members of the media around to chronicle it.
