Leinart to Start vs Titans

It looks like Matt Leinart will be starting today against the Tennessee Titans. A lot of this is precautionary with Warner, he was feeling well all week but not well enough to take a risk. I want to see the Cardinals best team on the field but this might not be that bad of a situation. Arizona needs to find out if Leinart can be a starting quarterback in the league. With a 3 game lead in the division this might be the time to see if Matt has what it takes. I know we’ve seen Leinart play in the regular season plenty of times but that was years ago. We need to see if Matt has improved.

A lot of players in their careers will only get one chance to prove that they have what it takes. Matt has had multiple chances and has yet to show that he can be the player he was hyped to be. This is another chance for Leinart to show that he can take over when Warner decides to call it a career which could be sooner than we think. Arizona needs to get a QB in free agency or in the draft unless Matt proves to them that they shouldn’t. Today is a tryout for Leinart.

Matt Leinart vs Vince Young. Not what everyone expected the match up would be after seeing that National Championship game but it should still be fun to watch. I’ll get back to everyone after the game.
