Wow.
I never thought I’d create such a storm of interest when I wrote my extensive article about Pac-10 expansion on Tuesday night, but lo and behold, we’ve welcomed over 2,500 new viewers to Pitchfork Nation over the past 36 hours.
I thought I’d take this opportunity to thank you all for coming and checking out the site, whether it was from ESPN.com, the NY Times blog or anywhere else.
Hopefully, you’ll like what you see and will continue to visit us as we start really gearing up toward another football season. Don’t forget to follow us at Twitter and that you can reach us anytime at pitchforknation@gmail.com.
A few housekeeping items:
-The 10 Moments Project continues tomorrow. We’re getting closer and closer to the top 10…moments 25-21 will be unveiled on Friday!
-As the summer progresses, we’ll be restarting PFN Live, the Podcast and featuring each team on the 2009 ASU schedule, complete with Fun Facts about each school, like usual.
-Ted Miller is once again doing his “Hope and Concern” column on his blog at ESPN.com and he got around to Arizona State yesterday. He’s also got a really cool feature on OL Shaun Lauvao which is worth your time.
-Finally, on a totally random note, I came into the office today to the most awkward situation possible: someone upstairs in the sales offices was blasting this song and now it’s horrendously stuck in my head. Any tips on how to get rid of this?
Thanks for your continued support of Pitchfork Nation. Now, go outside and play. It’s only a million degrees out.
