Possible Return Man for the Cards?

Darren Urban, of azcardinals.com, writes this article about Michael Ray Garvin whom has freakish speed. We got him as an undrafted free agent and if he can learn how to return kicks and punts he might be one of the better players in the league. Right now he is clocked at running 100 yards in 10.10 seconds and his 400 yard is 46.6 seconds.
