- Dancing with the Jabbawockeez during All-Star Game intros.
- Starring in bad movies about 7-foot tall genies and gigantic cops who wear armor and fight gangs.
- Rapping about a former teammate’s inability to win a championship without him.
- Tweeting his whereabouts to meet his fans (and trying to rope them into a MLM scheme–at least that’s what we heard).
Shaquille O’Neal may not be the player he was a decade ago, when he was terrorizing NBA big men and abusing rims in arenas all throughout the league.
But one thing Shaq still excels in is drawing attention to himself. Admittedly it’s hard not to when you’re 7 foot 1 and 330 pounds, but you get what I’m saying.
And we know that the Big Cactus has been doing a little MMA training during this offseason, but Shaq’s latest headline grabber might be his craziest yet.
Taking on Hong-Man Choi in the Octagon? Yeah, it’s a headline grabber for sure. Choi did defeat Jose Canseco in his MMA debut, but then again, this guy kicked Canseco’s ass in a boxing match not too long ago.
I’m sure Shaq’s NBA employer might not be too jazzed on this idea. But, it’s looking more and more like it won’t be the Suns’ concern any longer.
