Ponson continued to be knocked around hard in Royals loss

teams_oak Kansas City Royals starter Sydney Ponson continued to get knocked around hard this spring as he allowed seven runs to score on seven hits and two walks in his five innings against the Oakalnd A’s. Oakland’s lefty starter Josh Outman on the other hand lasted 5.2 innings and allowed only two runs while striking out six in the win. DH/OF Travis Buck lead the hitting attack for the Athletics going 1-for-3 and knocking in three of the A’s six runs.
