With the news that Chase Field will offer fans gluten-free beer and snacks this season at Diamondbacks’ games, I got to thinking about what a great idea this is. According to statistics, Celiac Disease, a disease caused by a reaction to gliadin, a gluten protein found in wheat, affects more than 3 million people in the United States.

Then, the wheels really started spinning. Maybe a time-honored ball park classic needs a little updating…whaddya think?
