Apparently bygones are bygones, as Suns’ center Shaquille O’Neal and Lakers’ guard Kobe Bryant played on the same team for the first time since June 15, 2004, and the results were fantastic. Kobe scored a game-high 27 points, and Shaq donned a mask and danced with the Jabbawockeez before pumping in 17 in just 11 minutes for the Western Conference All-Stars in a 146-119 rout of the Eastern Conference All-Stars at U.S. Airways Center in Phoenix.
The two share the game’s MVP Award, marking the third time that each player has won the honor.
But this may have been the best part of All-Star Weekend…
