It’s the giving time of the year again and assist guru Steve Nash has found a way to reward those who donate generously. Through his charitable organization, the Steve Nash Foundation, Nash has launched his first All-Star Auction today.
Bidders have the opportunity to win a variety of items just in time for the holidays that include a Larry Bird-signed basketball, an autographed Yao Ming jersey and two exclusive packages that include two tickets to an All-Star party, dinner with the two-time MVP, an All-Star Brunch, tickets to the All-Star Game, two Nike gift packages and an autographed limited-edition Nike Steve Nash MVP 2009 All-Star recycled shoe.
“Instead of relying on an outside company to handle auctions, we’re excited to be able to use the technology built into our own website to augment our ability to grow our reach and help more and more kids,” said Steve Nash. “With the NBA All-Star game in Phoenix this year, I’m especially looking forward to getting to meet the auction bidders at the events we have planned during the weekend — it’s a pretty unique opportunity to mesh my playing career with my off-court passion for philanthropy.”
Head to Steve’s website to begin bidding now!
