Isn’t it amazing? We complain about college football using computers and polls to determine their national champion, and lament the fact that they don’t have a tournament in place.
Yet sports like professional basketball do have a playoff tournament in place to determine the champion, and we use computers and formulas to put them into polls that really have no importance whatsoever.
