Channing Frye enters free agency

Channing Frye is entering free agency. No, not in the NBA but with his NFL fanhood.

Frye an Arizona native and a basketball product of Saint Mary’s high school in Phoenix and the University of Arizona has ditched his allegiance to the Arizona Cardinals. Instead he is letting fans on his blog decide which NFL team he should follow.

I figure football season is close by and I've never really got into it being from AZ. It's fun to cheer for the Cardinals because we're ALWAYS the underdog, but I'm putting my fanhood on free agency. I want to know who to cheer for and whoever we pick at the end of this, I'm gonna be a die hard until something drastic happens, like maybe the Cardinals go to the playoffs or something. I have a good feeling about them this year.

So Cardinals fans, log onto Frye’s blog and vote that he be a fan of…the Arizona Cardinals. The last thing the Cards need is another bandwagon fan if they make the playoffs.
