David Stern to come to Phoenix to announce 2009 NBA All Star GameThe NBA and the Phoenix Suns will have a major announcement to make tomorrow at the US Airways Center. David Stern will be there. I will not. But alas it looks like the NBA 2009 All Star Game is going to Phoenix.
